📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and implement project plans to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel to track performance metrics and identify trends
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance
• Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
