🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a related role
• Certification in school counseling or a related field (e.g., Certified School Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
• Familiarity with Indonesian education system and curriculum
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and strategies
