📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Tokopedia.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock.
• Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to enhance our online operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
