This is a fantastic opportunity to support loan officers and mortgage brokers in processing and closing loans for clients. In this hybrid role, you'll spend your days in our office in Canggu, Bali, and the rest of the time working remotely from your preferred location.

As a Mortgage Broker Assistant, you'll be part of a team that helps clients navigate the complex world of mortgages. You'll work closely with loan officers and brokers to ensure that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office and remote work, and who is passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist loan officers and mortgage brokers in processing loan applications, including gathering and verifying client documentation.
• Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders using online platforms such as DocuSign and LoanPro.
• Conduct initial eligibility checks and provide clients with clear, concise information about loan options.
• Assist in the closing process, including coordinating with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and client information.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and provide input on best practices for loan processing.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of loan processing procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or lending-related role, preferably in a mortgage or loan processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending products and processes, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with loan processing software such as LoanPro, Encompass, or Ellie Mae.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, and to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
