📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including stock control, ordering, and reporting, to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing a seamless shopping experience.
• Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to implement company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental and social responsibility initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and store layout optimization.
• Understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
