📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the company's vehicle fleet using SAP Fleet Management System.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced regularly and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Manage fuel and lubricant supplies, ensuring that all vehicles have access to the fuel and lubricants they need to operate efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are well-supported and motivated, and that they have all the information they need to complete their routes safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and that all drivers are trained and certified in the safe operation of their vehicles.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all vehicle repairs and servicing are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and fleet management.
• Proven experience using SAP Fleet Management System or similar fleet management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
