In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our facilities are not only functional but also compliant with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning and development projects that enhance the overall patient experience and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of hospital facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for facility development and upgrades, focusing on sustainability and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities and technologies.
• Monitor and manage the budget for facilities management and development projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the facilities management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, RMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, HACCP, and other relevant certifications.
• Proficient in using facilities management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
