📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget and schedule.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks and opportunities.,Provide support to project managers in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.,Conduct site inspections to verify the accuracy of cost estimates and identify any cost variations.,Prepare and submit financial reports to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.,Strong understanding of construction cost management and financial regulations.,Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction contracts and tendering processes.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
