📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Initiate, manage, and complete circuit provisioning orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Utilize NICE Engage and NICE Engage Cloud to manage and optimize circuit provisioning processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to circuit provisioning, working closely with our team of experts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity for our global clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in circuit provisioning.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in circuit provisioning.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our circuit provisioning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in circuit provisioning, with a proven track record in managing and completing orders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with NICE Engage and NICE Engage Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
