📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages using espresso machines, milk frothers, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and customer payments
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in a coffee or tea shop
• Familiarity with espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
