📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other user assistance materials.,Create and maintain help systems and knowledge bases.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation.,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids for technical documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with software documentation is a plus.,Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
