📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.
