📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of operational and administrative processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
