📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, presentations, and digital marketing.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior medical representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
