🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate or organizational setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
