Bahagia Indra Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team in Padang. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure food safety and quality.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Prepare and analyze samples in accordance with established procedures and standards.,Document and record test results accurately and promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.,Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.,Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory procedures and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of standard methods for the examination of foods, including microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.,Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation is a plus.,Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.
