📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process invoices and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Verify and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoice processing or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
