Leading and managing a team of employees,Ensuring the smooth operation of the section,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Monitoring and evaluating employee performance,Providing training and development opportunities for team members,Managing budgets and resources for the section,Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR processes and best practices,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
