📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance and productivity.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues to maintain high service standards.,Participating in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model.
