📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fueling, and inspections.
• Schedule and assign drivers to ensure efficient use of vehicles and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including maintenance logs, fuel usage, and mileage.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and safety compliance.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving fleet vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in operating fleet vehicles.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that vehicles are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and other team members.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
