📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with HR team members to create and update training materials.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
