📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
