Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records,Follow up on leads and schedule appointments,Provide excellent customer service and support,Meet and exceed sales targets,Assist in data entry and other administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
