📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement strategies to optimize storage and workflow.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with inventory control systems and software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
