Gold Local Pratama is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. We are looking for someone who can create clear, concise, and informative technical documentation that helps our clients understand our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Support marketing and sales teams by creating promotional and sales materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
