📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Write and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Ensure that all technical documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.,Update and revise existing documentation as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials as needed.,Ensure that all documentation complies with our company's style guide and standards.,Provide technical writing support to the sales and support teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Experience working with software development teams.,Familiarity with documentation tools and processes.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
