PT. Karya Bajatama Raya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural & Architectural Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the cost of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a focus on structural and architectural projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects in Bali, and to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they remain within budget.,Prepare and submit cost reports and financial statements to clients and stakeholders.,Advise on cost-saving measures and alternative solutions to ensure projects are completed within budget.,Provide cost advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and International Standard (ISO).,Conduct regular cost audits and reviews to identify areas for cost improvement.,Manage and supervise the work of junior quantity surveyors and cost engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on structural and architectural projects.,Strong knowledge of construction costing, estimating, and budgeting.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and International Standard (ISO).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with construction project management software, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
