Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide technical solutions and guidance to customers, helping them to understand and implement our ERP and Fintech solutions.,Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in our industry.,Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.,Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, both in-person and virtually.,Track and report on sales performance, and work to identify and implement strategies to improve our sales effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on technology solutions.,Strong technical knowledge of ERP and Fintech solutions, including their features, benefits, and use cases.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
