ResultsCX is seeking a Seasonal Human Resources Specialist to join our Global Support team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a temporary role with a duration of 6 months, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to our international operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees in the Global Support team.,Coordinate with local and international HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in Bali.,Collaborate with the Global Support team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.,Support the organization of training and development activities for the Global Support team.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in an international or global setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
