As a Pharmacist, you will work closely with our team to provide accurate and timely information about medications, supplements, and health products, helping our customers make informed decisions about their health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and product information to customers, ensuring they receive the best care and support.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring that all products are accurately recorded and restocked as needed.
• Process prescriptions and dispense medications, adhering to strict pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to promote health and wellness initiatives, such as health screenings and educational workshops.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations, including proper storage and handling of medications.
• Train and mentor junior staff on pharmaceutical procedures and customer service best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific health and beauty promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, preferably in a health and beauty retail environment.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as Watsons' in-house system or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with health and beauty products, including medications, supplements, and skincare items.
• Willingness to travel between stores in Bali as needed.
