CV Tirta Pertiwi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. As a Lead Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality and a strong understanding of customer service principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, providing timely and effective solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor front desk performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with front desk software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).,Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
