📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferably in a similar industry).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
