Integrated Planning Specialist - Supply Chain & Operations Optimization

DyKa Konsultama is seeking an Integrated Planning Specialist to optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Jakarta Barat. You will be at the heart of aligning demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management to drive efficiency and growth.

As an Integrated Planning Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our supply chain performance. Utilizing tools like SAP IBP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, you will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Create and optimize supply plans, ensuring alignment with production capacity and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule and manage manufacturing processes efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Utilize SAP IBP to integrate and streamline planning processes across the supply chain.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance planning capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management.
• Proven experience with SAP IBP and other supply chain planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Certification in APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
