📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export-import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global trade partners, including suppliers, customers, and shipping agents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and trade agreements.
• Monitor and analyze trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize trade operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in international trade.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.
• Represent Holi Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our company's profile and strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in export-import operations, with a proven track record of success in managing international trade processes.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and trade agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global partners.
• Proficient in using trade management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of other languages, such as Mandarin or Arabic, is a plus.
• Certifications in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize trade operations.
