📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they are productive and meet their targets.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Represent the company at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
