📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and trends.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals, reports, and pitches.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system to track and manage customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other business development events.,Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
