📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the sales team in the Palu region.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.Ensure that our products are marketed and sold effectively.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are adequate.Report to senior management on sales performance and other key metrics.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with sales software and tools.Ability to travel within the Palu region as required.🛠️ Keahlian
